Swift Data Mining Services

Swift Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. with its experienced data mining India professionals aims at providing quality services, which reach beyond our customers’ expectation. Data mining services are employed in CRM implementation. The schema and the techniques used by our data mining India professionals allow us to mine data from sources that are not accessible through famous search engines.

Data mining is a particular data analysis technique that focuses on modeling and knowledge discovery for predictive rather than purely descriptive purposes. Business intelligence covers data analysis that relies heavily on aggregation, focusing on business information.

For Swift Data Mining Services plays an important role in the following areas:

  • Retrieving Data : Retrieving Data means obtaining data from a database management system such as ODBMS. In this case, it is considered that data is represented in a structured way, and there is no ambiguity in data. In order to retrieve the desired data the user present a set of criteria by a query.
  • Analyzing Data : Analysis of datais a process of inspecting, cleaning, transforming, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting decision making. Data analysis has multiple facets and approaches, encompassing diverse techniques under a variety of names, in different business, science, and social science domains.
  • Extracting Data : Data extraction is the act or process of retrieving data out of (usually unstructured or poorly structured) data sources for further data processing or data storage (data migration).
  • Transforming Data : Data transformation converts a set of data values from the data format of a source data system into the data format of a destination data system.
  • Summarizing and Loading Data : Summarizing provides an overview of your data that can help identify trends and irregularities. Swift provides several options that allow you to retrieve the information you need.  Data can be represented as a flat or nested/repeated schema, as described in Data formats.
  • Managing Databases : Database management systems (DBMSs) are specially designed software applications that interact with the user, other applications, and the database itself to capture and analyze data.
  • Monitoring the Market : Supervising activities in progress to ensure they are on-course and on-schedule in meeting the objectives and performance targets.
  • Competitor Tracking : Strategic technique used to evaluate outside competitors. The analysis seeks to identify weaknesses and strengths that a company’s competitors may have, and then use that information to improve efforts within the company. An effective analysis will first obtain important information from competitors and then based on this information predict how the competitor will react under certain circumstances.
  • Web Research : Web research is the practice of using Internet information, especially free information on the World Wide Web, in research. It is focused and purposeful (so not recreational browsing), uses internet information or internet-based resources (like internet discussion forums), (aka message boards, BBS’s), and other personal communication facilities (instant messaging, IRC, newsgroups, etc.) can provide direct access to experts and other individuals with relevant interests and knowledge.
  • Summarizing Customer Feedback on The Projects : A completely unsupervised approach is used to calculating the strength of the sentiment words, and we rank all the reviews according to the strength, all the customer reviews are expression to the purchaser in the form of summary, the summary we propose is concise and concrete.

Why Outsourcing is good for all?

Outsourcing has taken place and will continue to take place – Barack Obama or no Barack Obama! It helps both the outsourcing company and the outsourcing provider to optimize their resources and continue to generate value for their stakeholders.

Companies are seeking to improve operations and reduce costs. Many have developed some aspect of shared services, and many more have embraced the outsourcing service delivery model as one lever to drive economic improvement.

According to study by sourcing advisory company TPI, offshore outsourcing will see more growth as more than 80% of large companies plan to increase their offshore outsourcing activities.

The research that surveyed 50 senior USA executives showed that 75% of companies plan to increase offshore outsourcing over the next three years. Conversely, only 8 percent of the respondents believed that offshore outsourcing would see a decrease in activity.

Swift Data Conversion has been providing outsourcing services to hundreds of prestigious clients for the past 6 years and offers efficient and cost-effective services for publishers and universities.

Digitization and Data Conversion Of Indian Languages

India is a multilingual country with as many as 22 scheduled languages and computer technology breaks the language barrier and bridges the gap between the various sections of the society through easier access to information using their respective languages and hence language computing becomes central to the exchange of information across speakers of various languages.

Technology Development for Indian Languages (TDIL) Programme initiated by the Department of Information Technology (DIT), Govt. India has the objective to develop information processing tools to facilitate human machine interaction in Indian languages and to develop technologies to access multilingual knowledge resources. Department of Information Technology launched another major initiative called National Roll-out Plan to aggregate these software tools and to make these available through a web-based Indian Language Data Centre (ILDC). This activity is being executed in close coordination with CDAC,GIST,Pune. Under this user-friendly software tools and fonts are being made available free for public through language CDs and web downloads for the benefit of masses. Swift Information Technologies is a part of the programme and has been benefited out of this programme.

The availability of these software tools, fonts and resources in local languages is intended to motivate general public to use ICT tools and technology in their day-to-day work like Word Processing, Presentation preparation, Spread Sheets preparation, Web Page Surfing & Designing, Messaging etc. in local languages. Further, the consolidated availability of linguistic resources and tools at one place will help researchers to carry out their research in a smooth and efficient manner.

Swift Information Technologies Display at Frankfurt Book Fair

Its very likely that you will come across Swift Information Technologies display at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October.  Swift is a very competitive and professional data conversion house.

Swift Information Technologies has extensive experience in data conversion, especially re-keying and mark-up to SGML/XML/HTML. We have successfully completed conversion projects involving various kinds of information (e.g. Legal, Academic, Scientific, Technical, Financial, etc.), the data was provided to us in many formats (e.g. Hard copies, Electronic files – proprietary or popular word processor and typesetting software’s, Scanned documents, microfiche, etc.) which were converted to SGML/XML/HTML or to some proprietary format.

Swift Information Technologies uses 500 efficient operators for data capture and data processing projects. The data is re-keyed into a proprietary format using an in-house package Swift -KEY. Data from a hard copy is re-keyed twice by two different operators. The output is compared by two different operators using another in-house package

Swift-CMP, who refer to the hard copy and correct the differences. The output from the two compare operators is then compared by a third operator for any inconsistencies which are rare at this point. The data then goes through more quality checks such as proof-reading, parsing, etc. After this, random samples of the data are selected from each batch and thoroughly checked, if an error is detected at this level the whole batch goes through the above mentioned processes.
